Is size 12 fat?im 5 foot 8,38b(really short shoulders)long legs..not too fat not too slim,,just between,what do you think?

had to repost it when read it back I realised I put short instead of broad shoulders!

Not fat at all, it is well under the average dress size. Good for you. It would be unhealthy to be smaller than a size 10/8.
