Sister has money no job

OK I have permanent custody of my neice. My sister lives in another state. Recently I thought she was really trying to straighten up. OK here's my question. She has a boyfriend who manages a moving company. I'm not even sure if he manages it. I think his...

dad does. But anyway recently she has been talking about getting her daughter back, I said ok if she could get right. Well explain this. Every time she comes down she has money a few hundred. Every weekend. She moved and redone all the rooms in the house. He gave her the money. He is very mysterious never comes with her, dissappears everyonce in awhile. Is it possible for him to actually be making that kind of money at his job. That he can just hand her 4 or 5 hundred dollars a week. Do people with real jobs do that and can they even afford to. I can't I'm affraid i'm making a mistake by letting her take her on the weekends and maybe agreeing to let her have her back. Any ideas on what I can do?

If you have a bad feeling about the situation you should go there and check things out for yourself. If your sister is really trying to put things back togeather in her life she should have the opportunity to get her daughter back but at the same time it is your responsibility to ensure the safetly of your neice. My advice is go and take a look for yourself. Whoever your sister is with will play a role in your neice's life so meet him.
