Singing advice

Ok um how do you sing a high note like how do you sound like celine dion or kelly clarkson when they go high do I mix my normal voice with my falseto or what please help me

Well you have to use proper breathing techniques. When you breathe, make sure your stomach expands and your shoulders don't rise. When you breathe in, open your throat like you're about to swallow a baseball. Use your diaphragm to expel your air out and project your sound. Depending on the person, use either a lot of air or a little. You'll have to experiment. Be confident and don't be afraid to make a mistake.
