Sims video?

how do you make a sims video, I see a lot of them on youtube and stuff, there cool and I want to make one !

P.S. I dont have the sims video game..
do I need it?

Um... Yes, you DO have to have a sims game. I'm not sure HOW to make the video, I know it's a command on the game though...

yeah you need the game
if you want to make one of those really cool ones with voice overs, scripts and actions, then you'll need a LOT of time
first install the game Sims 2
if you want some different clothes and furniture, I suggest you buy an expansion such as sims 2 pets, nightlife or open for business. you can also buy a sims 2 stuff package. those are loaded with a whole bunch of cool 'stuff'. you can also look around on google. search sims 2 custom content! you'll find a whole bunch of content that you can install into the game. be careful when installing them. make sure you do it properly or else an error may occur. (I know what happens! my game is broken!)
you'll have to search a whole bunch of cheats to make a sims 2 video look professional.
since I've never made a professional looking one, you should go on youtube and search : How to make a sims 2 video.
