Sims 2 laptop help??!?!?

ok so I've had sims two double deluxe for like 4 days. I have an hp pavilion entertainment laptop and it wont let me do that ctrl+shift+c cheat!!! I've tried every combination possible and it jjust wont work! help?? thnx!

The only thing I can suggest is that the box where you have to type the cheat is hidden.
Sometimes my box is hidden at the top of the page. After tapping in ctrl, shift and c, if it doesn't work, scroll your mouse to the top of the page and right at the top, just drag the mouse down and see if the box begins to apear.

Go to the start menu, search for HP Health Check, right click and go to properties, click the short cut tab, and then go down to the short cut window. The short cut for this program is also ctrl+shift+c, so just change it and your cheats window should work fine
