Sims3 slowing his internet down

when I was playing sims3 my dad asked me to come off so I did he said I cant have it no more because it was slowing his internet down so he restarted or rebooted the computer im not sure what he done but anyway his friend called there house to see if...

there intrent was slow, so it was the internet not my sims3. but after since that sims3 hasent been working I've unstalled it and reinstalled it delated it but it wont work? do I need a new sims3 or is it just the computer / but if this has ahppend to anyone and it works please tell me how to fix it thanks

make sure you fully deleted the sims 3 before re installing it.
