can you sell them as a Adoptoin Fee instead of making money have all the vet bills handy so you have proof of money spent, Call the breeder and ask them, or do you think they would really find out? I never understood that contract. Because if I live on the other side of the country and the dog has puppies and I don't register them or show them then how would the breeder know?
There are some great breeders on this site that can give you better advice I am sure they will answer this question.
If your contract specifically states that you can't breed her and sell standard poodle pups, then what you are describing does not seem to break your contract. You will not be selling standard poodle pups, you will be selling mutts. I would do a rehoming fee, minimal to cover just your expenses. I hope you will have your dog spayed asap.
Absolutely sell them...the people who put money forward for a puppy have an under lying sense that this pup has value...Just like anything else...free almost equates to disposible. Since you aren't trying to make money off this accident, but are trying to basically 'keep the riff-raff out...so your pups have good homes, then you are doing the right thing, for the right motives...
Good for YOU!!

Signed contract with puppy breeder in wa state
I have a akc registered standard poodle that was about to be spayed but had an encounter with a golden retriever and I now have puppies. the contract says I can't breed her and sell standard poodle puppies. the golden is akc registered, and I want good...
homes for them and think that if I charge something for them (at least to cover the cost of the vet checks and the dew claw removal and the...well...the many costs), I have a better chance of finding folks who have the means to care for them. what should I do? I certainly don't want to be sued, but here I am. any thoughts?
