Sick gecko

My baby gecko's butthole is all red and gross. It stll poops and the poo is normal. I know this is gross but I need help. Whats wrong with it?

well I have 3 geckos and this is never happend before so what I would do is go to a local petco or a pet store that holds geckos and ask them if they know what is wroung with you baby gecko

sounds like a rectal prolapse to me.
a rectal prolapse is when the membrane that lines the rectum protrudes outside the rectum. this can happen in cases of constipation, straining, etc. who knows what your gecko has been up to. I would take it to a vet specializing in geckos, as the membrane can become dry and this will create major problems.

Maybe its diet needs to be adjusted. Sounds to me like its had the runs or something for a while? Sorry cant help more...
