gunna puke, and I cant stop shaking, and im sssooo cold. and when I was in the shower, I was washing my body with one of those shower puff things, and I ran it lightly over my arms, and it made it hurt so much. and I feel like if I stand up, ill fall over. when I lay down, it hurts my back a lot. my whole body aches. I slept for 3 hours during the day, which I never do.

First off, I must warn you that I think you have something pretty bad. That sounds like Hanta virus. Have you had contact with any -wild- rodents (rats or mice) in the last month? Think deep too, were you in an old barn or attic where there could have been rats or mice nesting? This is a fatal disease if left untreated, and you need to be placed under intensive care with oxygen therapy. Please do not panic. The odds of you having the virus are very small. Hanta virus is rare and there are a lot of different illnesses with the same general symptoms. My main concern is your difficulty in breathing, as the later stages of Hanta infection involve your lungs filling with fluid. All of the symptoms you describe are indicative of a Hanta infection and I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY. If you are financially inadequate, do not worry.
