This is, I assume, from a kid show or movie. What is it from when a teacher/parent asks a kid something along the lines of 'What did I say about *** ?' and the kid answers all cute 'To not to'.

I've had this running through my head and say it all the time, but when people ask me what it's from, I can't answer! So, yeah, if you know this one, HELP!

Not sure, can you remember any of the actors in it?

There's a good chance it was a cartoon, so no... I know this really isn't much info, but I just hoped someone knows what this is from.
