Should we have recess in middle school?

I have to a projet act school an di hjave to come up woith a bunch of reasons why we should have recess in middle school or why not please gimme some

you should have it because students need a break from class to release built up energy
they also need a break from all the academic stress placed on them throughout the day

ya like a 15 minute break at my school we call it nutrition

so we can stay active!!
everyone thinks about americans are just fat and lazy fast food poeple

Yes but only like 10 min. to let out energy

I think that we should have recess because with all the stress and troubles with class we need a break. and its not like we are asking for so much either... just like 15 minutes to play

yes wee should because it lets out all the unwanted energy that the teachers do not want in there classroom
