Should my boyfriend and i just break up?

I'm really confused. My boyfriend and I have been dating for about a year. I was a freshman this year and he was a senior. We've been together on and off all this year. I love him and he loves me, but I recently lost my virginity to him.. The problem...

is that I haven't gotten my period yet and I think I MAY have the SLIGHTEST chance of being pregnant. He asks when my last period was and when I think my next one should be. He realized (even though I was very sure that he knew) that I am 15 and is scared that he will go to jail if I am pregnant. He insists that I don't tell who the father is (IF I even am pregnant) so that he won't go to jail. I understand, but my questions are
1. Will he even go to jail
2. If he doesn't want me to say he's the father should we break up if I'm NOT pregnant
3. Under what circumstances will he actually even HAVE to go to jail
a lot of you said that age doesn't matter, but does it change if I'm pregnant?? Just dating doesn't seem as bad as being pregnant and dating. But will that factor change our relationship? I really don't want to break up with him, but he's sounding selfish. Even though I'm sure I'm NOT pregnant, he's saying things that will only benefit him because not acknowledging him as the father would make me a single teen mom and my baby would have no father. And he would be free to whatever. I'm sure I'm NOT pregnant, but his selfishness pisses me off.

I have more information on my situation. He will NOT go to jail. In SC the age of consent is 14 with parental consent.
