Should i tell someone about my friend?

My friend has problems. She hasn't been a friend for too long. Just a couple of months.

is seriously in a hole right now in life. She said that she wants to change and she wants to overcome these problems but she has no clue how to. I asked her if she wanted my help with it. She said yes. I told her that I couldn't help her in any other way than be there for her personally, but I could get her help. She then got really mad and said, I DONT WANT HELP FROM PEOPLE. I would rather do it on my own. So I asked her how she planned on doing it on her own and she had no clue what-so-ever on what to do.

So I don't know if I should be loyal to her and not go and tell someone, or if I should go to the school psychologist and let him. I don't want her to be mad at me or pissed at me, but on the other hand I don't want her to be hurting herself whenever she may be doing it.

I would talk to someone about this.

But, not let her know that you told, kinda like playing dumb. And, get the person in on not telling you told so it dosen't get out.

well sometimes that can go either way. if you tell, she will get mad and probably not talk to you, but she will eventually get better or she willeventually forgive you.
if you dont tell, it could get worse. its just your judgement on the situation.
just make sure she knows your there for her and try to help her in anyway you can.
