Should i tell him how i feel?

Well I started dating this wonderful guy like 3-2 years ago and we lasted for one year and 9 months . and we broke up because he told me he was moving ot California and I didn't want to be w/ him if I know he is moving I don't want to be more sad about...

Then he doesn't move and I'm with another guy and he's with another girl. then during the summer we talked again and one day when I went over his crib it was a special day and I fell for him again and he liked this other girl his new girl I guess . buht he tells me he still loves me and I do too . then the next month he moves to California. ): then he comes back and surpise me well kind of . and I thought I was over him and once I saw him I had the same feeling like the old days when I love him all butterflies and yeah (: but I don't know if he still loves me. and like my bestest friend went up to him and said you need to break up with that ugly girl and go back out with me. then he said I am single and then he didn't answer that other put and just smiles -- what does that mean just smiles . . . ? any adivice ? and I know he still likes that other girl they act like they are together but they are single because people don't want them together. and I still love him and I think he still does too but I don't know please help me what does the smile mean and should I tell him ? PLEASE HELP ME !

I think you should tell him how you really feel and get it strengthened out. Don't wait too long. Ask him how he really feels about you and then go from there. But be completely honest with him and tell him how you truly feel. Good Luck
