I don't know what your height or weight is, but living on 1 meal a day is not enough.
if you insist on eating only that kind of small amount then yes you need to take vitamins/minerals.
no you wont gain weight from them.
you could google info' on the different vitamins that are needed for different purposes, also asking someone medical would be better.
if you have periods take iron, if you don''t have periods take calcium...calcium and iron are good ones to take anyway.
vitamins to boost your immune system and aid healing are important.
let me know if you need anymore help.
You are just wasting your money if you take vitamins suppliments. Anything that has a long shelf life does not contain nutrition. You can get all your vitamins mineral in RAW Fruits Vegetables. Live fruits and vegetables provide the nutrients to help your body build new, live cells, but dead (cooked food) cannot. So a natural vitamin that has been killed by the heat of cooking and processing cannot not be used by your body to create new, living cells. The problem w/conventional vitamins, minerals, enzymes, etc, is that they either start w/a substance never intended as food for humans (such as vitamins from coal tar or minerals derived from rock), or else they start w/a natural food and ruin it by an unnatural process such as cooking or freeze-drying, so that its nutrients are no longer in their original or natural, raw form that we can utilize. On the other hand fresh vegetagbles/fruits start w/a natural source of nutrition , and no heating, freeze-drying, microwaving, etc. is involved to alter the structure of these of these nutrients.
There have been many people who are in the business of cleaning septic tanks and porta toilets who have said they routinely find hundreds of vitamin pills, completely intact, in the human waste from these tanks and toilets. The net effect of taking megavitamins is to produce expensive and exotic urine and to overwork the kidneys. Living on 1 meal a day is fine. You don't need to eat 3 times a day. People have been brainwashed to think they need to eat a lot of food. Your body tells you when you are hungry. Hippocrates a famous doctor 460-377 B.C. said Food is your best Medicine, and the best food is the best Medicine. His theory was, if a medical procedure works, use it again and again - not needing to know why or how it works.
