Should I shave down there?

I was wondering what age to girls shave there vagina?
Who here does?
Do you have any tips or what to be careful for.
I'm new at this anyone have any info?

Don't do it. you only do that if you r pregnet.

if you dont want hair down there then shave it.
I shave and I dont have sex.
since it will be your firts time be careful dont rush through it cause you might cut or nick yourself

There's no age, although I dont know why you would bother unless you're having sex... You could just trim in the meanwhile, less work and you dont have to deal with the discomfort of regrowth and/or ingrown hair leading to pimples, but to each his own...
just be careful, the last thing you want is a cut to get infected down there.
and shave with the grain to prevent ingrown hair (or is it against the grain? I can never remember)

I shave it. I started when I was about 12. I dont really have any tips just be careful I'm sure it would hurt a lot if you cut yourself there.

Shave carefully with a new razor, and with the grain of the hair. Make sure you're in the shower or bath a while first, so the skin and hair can soften up. Use a decent amount of shaving cream, and go slowly, rinsing your razor often. Afterward, put on a light moisturizer.

You probably don't need to shave. The only reason to shave would be to wear a bathing suit and, even then, you don't need to shave it all. Sometimes a guy may want you to shave. You know what I say to that? Tell him to shave. I wouldn't shave for any guy. Once you do it, you'll have to shave all the time.

Another tip (and I know from experience), don't shave your eyebrows. I'm 54 and I have to draw mine in because I just don't have much hair in my brows as a result and, what I do have, I have to pluck every couple of days. If you haven't started, please don't. You'll regret it.

Oh, and, don't shave your face. When I was young, I thought the world of my Dad. I saw him shave his face one day and I had the bright idea to shave mine because I wanted to be like him. I don't really think anyone would do that these days; I just think it's a cute story.

I say Shave it or at least keep it trimmed.. Just be careful not to cut yourself. I have found that the best razor is the Mach 3 which doesn't cut you if you're doing it right. If you have never shaved before then trim it as much as possible first so that it's extremely short and then shave.

I agree, shaving itches like hell, and its such a hassle! why not wax!!! im a beauty therapist and I have done plenty waxing!!! and all the clients that shaved befiore dont know why they never started waxing in the first place!! yes, it is a little sore, but nothing one cant handle!! I promise you DONT start shaving!!
and whoever thinks that if you maintain that area its all only for sexual things, get a life!!! its called hygiene!!! just because a girl wants to maintain her nether regions doesnt make her ''easy''!!!

I would suggest that you just trim it lightly and then shorten it untill you just it the length you want.
