you should buy a trimmer, you know the ones guys use on their mustaches? they come with a little guard, it's like a mini clipper and you can do that so it can be trimmed and neat so you won't have to worry about ingrown hair ...and screw what everyone else says

My boyfriend shaves his, and it's kinda nice. lol. If your worried about ingrown hairs, just put conditioner on it. That will prevent you from getting ingrown hairs, and if you don't like it shaved, then the hair will just grow back, and you don't have to shave it again.

You don't have to shave to not have the Amazon down there. You can trim it pretty close, that's what my boyfriend does.
