Theres no logical reason to run away unless you are at serious danger. Going to the dentist is not harmful to you, and helps in the long run. You may not appreciate it now, but you will in the future.
It is normal to be afraid of going to the dentist at your age. But, your fears and worries are for naught. Nowadays dentists are able to numb your gums before using any needles and then the only thing you "feel" is the sensation of the vibrations on your teeth as the dentist works on them.
If you let the dentist know that you are very apprehensive, he will do his best to alleviate your fears.
Just remember, it is illegal for them to kill you, so anything else you can tolerate.
Also, your teeth are very important. If you don't take good care of them now you could prematurely loose them or you could also create health problems in the rest of your body because of their being bad.
Your taking good care of your teeth now is a positive investment in your future.
you wont get arrested
its very unlikely that you will
but theres really no point
your family will be worried sick, theyll probably call the poilce because they think something aweful would have happend to you.
it just causes a lot of pain that people dont need to go through
and at 12 years old, its also pretty dangerouse
also theres nothing wrong with going to the dentist
and generally theres no pain involved at all
they just check your teeth,
theyll probably clean them, or pull out one that needs to come out
but its nothing you cant handle
running away from a problem never solved it
The pain at dentist is very inferior to the pain you are mother had to deliver u , if she would have ran away from it you never had seen this day
Boy the pain you fill at dentist is very little compare to pain you are mother had at the time of you are delivery(birth) if she thought you are way , you would not seen this day , so face the fear dear
Two words: grow up - you must take care of your teeth or you will have none - step up, you can do it !!
Ok... I understand... other people if you think fau is being rediculous then why did you bother answering?! That isn't the answer she was looking for... I hate dentists too! I hate teeth and I have braces:@. Does your mum know that you're afraid? reply if you can x
Ok this is just stupid, sorry but GROW UP please... you can handle it. :-(
Dont be scared of the dang dentict...why run away from problems then just facing your feire.Dont let your mom suffer of you getting scared.Just tell them you want your mom in there with you thats all
Its normal to be afraid of the dentist in your age.but let me tell you something...grow up. the dentist is NOT scary.actually, yesterday I went to the dentist and had surgery because there are gaps between my 2 front teeth. the dentists put injections and injections, and it hurt a little. but the most painful thing is when they put injection on my gum. but at the end it was totally worth it!

Should I run away for this reason?
