Should i report my mother?

of the kids. That was also reported.And at the time after i got out we did counsleing. Although my mom kicked him out they're still seeing each other. during counsling she stated he would not be aloowed in the house hold because she said what he did was wrong. And the counsler said thats right even if that were true i couoldn't allow it anyway i'd have to take the kids away. Well i'm visiting my dad in cali and i get news that they're living together. shloud i report her?

Yes. She lied to you and she may get killed for being stupid. Report her. Maybe try calling from a friends house and see who picks up. Then ask for him to come to the phone. Have someone else do this so no one recognises your voice. If he is there, you know you need to report her.

I would. If she is not safe and not creating a safe environment for her child, something needs to be done.
