If you go to a walk and clinic or your family doctor he or she will have a weight chart that is according to your height how much you should weigh (medical terms not modelling terms) dont forget if your a model they want you to weigh less. You want to be slim but healthy example you need to know your body frame small boned/medium boned or large boned then your height ! Dont compare yourself to others that is the worst you can do be who you want to be, the best you can be, and make yourself happy dont try to be picture perfect . If you think you are slightly overweight ...eat healthy...stay away from junk.....exercise and find out from your doctor what a healthy weight for you is first!!!!

I'm 14 and I weigh about 140 lbs. I am about a size 9 and I have been losing weight. But do you think I need to lose more? See my school has a big dance team and athletic department and there are many thin thin dancers and athletes that make me feel ...well bigger. I want to lose weight just to satisfy myself but I don't know how. And I want to lose it fast . Before it's too late.
