Should i have sed something or say something now something?

well a year ago I was practicly molested by my cousin...he thought I was sleeping and was touching me in places I didnt know what to do. is it to late to say something? should I say something now?

I think there might be pros and cons to telling. I was molested by someone closer than a cousin when I was 8 and it lasted for a few years. I never told anyone that could do anything about it and I never will. I've thought about confronting the guy about it but see no need bc I am finally past it and it was so long ago. I didn't get the nerve to say anything until about a year ago. I think if I had the nerve back then to say something, that I would feel better about it today so maybe try confronting him by telling him that you know he did it and if he ever does it again you will turn him in -- I know that would be hard to do bc of family and all but it might be best so you can get it off your chest and maybe keep him from doing it again and all.

yes!! if you really feel uncomfortable about it, then say something, its not uncommon for something like that to happen again. even if he is your cousin and you dont want to mess things up with family or feel embarrassed.. he is your cousin and shouldnt have dont that.so if he isnt going to act like your cousin, you shouldnt worry about embarrassing him.

and also you shouldnt have to carry such a burden by yourself. your family can support you and help you when they know what happend and he could be doing it to other people as well so he needs to know he cant get away with it

I know someone close to me who was also molested by her cousin.she was only about 8-10 years old when it happed. But your lucky. everytime she stayed over at their house he would do it to her day and night until she left to go home. He pretended it was a game. Like doctors, and she had to examin hime with her hands and mouth, and he would do the same. She never told anyone about it but now shes realy horny. He's about three years older than her.

I think you should tell cus youll regret it later...maybe..
