Should i go to the doctor?

I'm a 17 year old girl, 18 in December and I haven't hit puberty yet. I don't even fit into a 28a bra, and I definitely haven't had my period yet. Should I go see the doctor about this?

yes you should definately go to the doctor,cause there could be problem going on with your ovaries which could lead to ovarion cancer.just make sure you notify someone who could help you because you should'nt be having this problem,then again every persons body developes differently.
