Should I bully this kid?

I kind of make fun of this kid on my bus because he is weird and his best friend is his psp and he is really weird so I always talk to him and say hi to him in gym calss in a weird squeaky voice. Im kind of scared of him because he hates me and is the type of kid who would probably bring a gun to school and shoot people. Sometimes he laughs and sometimes he hits me. Im not like mean to him but I always annoy him and kind of tease him cause he is dirty.

just because this kid is weird there is no reason to make fun of him.
just ignore him and avoid him.

Don't make fun of him. Maybe his psp is his best friend because people like you make fun of him all the time. Don't be so stupid.

I want people to understand that im not MEAN to this kid. I just tease him and sometimes he laughs and sometimes he doesnt. soo.. I dont know if he is okay with it or if he is going to shoot me.

I tease this girl at school and she knows I'm kidding. Just let him know that you don't mean any harm by it. and maybe even become friends with him.

Let him be. Or, maybe you could be friends with him.

Hahahahahahah I went through the bullying phase my elementary years. If you don't gain anything out of it, don't waste your time.
