Should i bleach my hair?

(OK I can say that because I was always a natural pale blonde.)

But, yes - bleach does damage hair, especially a problem if yours happens to be dry and not oily.

Second, bleaching involves an awful lot of touch-ups, depending on how dark you were to begin with. (Touch-ups are tricky, but you can't re-bleach everything all the time and not expect your hair to start falling out) Good to have a friend as an ally, because touching up on your own is awfully hard.

And thirdly, think about your normal skin colour, and your eyebrows. If your skin is fairly pale, OK. But you'd probably want to lighten naturally dark eyebrows, to make it look better.

I'd suggest you wait a little with the red (or any other colour) streak - see what you think of the blonde you first.

Oh, and finally - try to find a bleach or colouring that doesn't turn you a brassy yellow. Light ash blonde is a good colour, and it looks good with many skin types.

I am soo not a fan of bleaching, it really ruins your hair, even if you're going to professionals. I like it the way it is!

Well, its really up to you but, Bleach does ruin hair and people say, you should touch it up.
If I were you, I'd wait. Then again, its really your choice.

bleach does ruin your hair; but if you get a condition treatment and do it daily then you should be fine; but I would do a other color besides red; but I don't know you personally so I don't know what you like. =]
