How can he still love me after all i've done?

Okay... I'll try to make this short...

So last year when me and my ex boyfriend were dating, we had a party. His sister had told on us and we got put on probation for drinking. My mom won't let me talk to him or anything at all anymore and for the fact...

that he's 3 years older than I am. (I don't think it's a big deal, but whatever.) I also lost it to him. So after that, he got in trouble again. So now he's in a totally different state and won't be home for about 9 months. His sister told me that he wrote her a letter and that he said he really misses me and wants me to write to him. I didn't believe her at all. But I decided to write to him anyways. So I did. I didn't tell him exactly how I felt, but I did tell him that I still love him and think about him a lot.
He wrote back as soon as he got it.
He said that he has wanted me to write to him for about 3 weeks and that he really misses me and at the end he said he loves me too. I don't know if I should believe him or not though, because why would he love me? I just can't think of a reason. I actually think that I've messed up his life more than it already was. I really do love him. I know that he was my 1st time but that isn't why I'm in love with him. I was before I was even dating him. There's just something about him. Then I think about if when he came back we got back together or something... what my parents would do. I don't know what to do about all this and I don't know what to believe. What I really need is some help.

He doesnt need a reason to love you, he just does! and its obvious becos after all you have been thru he could have moved to another state and started over and tried to meet someone else and forget about you. But that fact that he has moved and is dying to hear from you shows he does love you. There is just that something about you that he is in love with like you love him. Now you have to keep this relationship up long distance and if you are willing to do that and then be together you'll have a strong relationship.

Your wanting to know why he still loves you after everything has happined. Well if he really loved you to begin with then even after everything he isnt going to just stop loving you. It would take a while. And maybe he doesnt want to stop loving you and that he wants to be back with you when he gets home. Nothing you can personally do can change the fact that he loves you. There could be something about you to him as there is when you said there is just something about him. I dont know but when he gets back if you guys still love each other I would give things another try just be careful this time.

I think you should just follow your heart.. if you love him let him know how you feel. because if you don't now, you will regret it in the end.

Ash i rly do think he loves... i mean y would he tell his sister to tell u to wright and say in the letter thats hes been waiting to hear from u for 3 weeks. When he gets out u guys rly need to talk about this and ur parents cant do anything about who u chose to like or love. Then might try to hold u back but we both know thats not going to happen.
