No, you're right. He shouldn't wear it whether he likes silver, or not.
Buy him a silver ring and have him wear your's.
I'd be upset if I were you, too.
I'm not saying you have anything to be worried about,
because yeah, I don't know, just by him one yourself,
and have him wear your's if he likes silver so much. =]
he better take that ring off!!!!!!
when I got married my husband and I both had a 'burning ceromony'
of all the things we had gotten from x's the past is done with
and we look forward to our new begining
You have every right to feel uncomfortable, and since its only silver and doesnt cost much he could just go buy another one if he likes silver so much. But that excuse is total crap!!! he must not hate her as much as he is leading you to believe otherwise he would have thrown out all the stuff she got him!
I would Slap the Crap out of him... personaly... lol

Am I overreacting about my boyfriend's ring?
So. I've been dating my boyfriend for 2 months. We've both been through a lot of bad relationships. He's told me before about how he hates his ex for the things she put him through. Recently though, he's started wearing the silver ring she bought him while they were dating. When I told him it bothered me, he said he just wore it to remind himself to be careful & because he just likes silver. He said that if it bothered me, he wouldn't wear it around me. Is it right of me to get uncomfortable about him wearing this ring, or am I over reacting?
