Alright so there was this girl I really really liked. And she was seeing a differnt guy so I decided I wouldnt tell her but eventually I did she said that she that it was really cute and when they broke up I waited about 3 weeeks then asked her out she...

said no we kept talking then about a month later she said she liked me a lot and wanted me to ask her out so I did. Then about 1 hour later she told me she felt really weird going out with me but dosnt know why she feels weird so we agreed apon breaking up She seems to still like me but im not sure if she would like to go out with me again. should I wait and ask her if she wants to go back out with me? or do I just forget about it and be friends. I dont want to be a dick and not talk to her anymore so were still talking.

Maybe, she doesnt like you more then a friend
maybe the reason it seemed weird, is because she maybe still had feelings for the other guy
and maybe you guys are to good of friends to go out
maybe your her best boyfriend ( a boy whos a friend)
Maybe you care about her alot more then alot of people do... but she likes to feel loved..
maybe shes loved by alot of people but they just dont show it and maybe you do, in some way she maybe thinks its cute, and likes how your so kind to her and willing to share any thing
and maybe she doesent wanna mess things up between you 2

It seems like this girl is playing with your head. If she said yes one time before thinking it through and after just one hour wanted to break up, it's a sign she's not mature enough for a relationship. I'd continue to be friends with her if you want, but don't waste your time worrying about this. If she really wants to go out with you again, she should make the first move and prove she really does like you first. Just remember, you deserve someone who when they say they like you and want to go out with you, they mean it for more than a few hours. She could just be a flirt and, again, be too immature for a relationship.
