Should I talk to her about ignoring me?

I asked this girl out a while ago she said yes but never answers her phone and the last time I talked to her she told me to call her but when I do she won't answer and when she did she hung up and didn't let me say anything and just when I'm trying to forget about her she walked past me today laughing really loud didn't look at me or say anything and she was hella close to me to so I'm thinking about asking her why she keeps on playing these dumb games with me and I want to know out of all the guys that like her why am I the only one who she does this stuff to. What I need to know tho is if I should talk to her about it or just do nothing? Do I even have the right to Know?

You have the right to know, but in the end is it really worth the time? She seems super immature! People should never treat other people that way.

Sounds to me like this girl is playing a mind game, and has some serious growning up to do. Why she's acting like this, only she can answer. My guess though is she likes the attention, and doesn't take others feeling into consideration. You ask me she actually did you a favor. If you want to know then feel free to ask her, just don't waste a lot more time on this girl. You already know what she's about.
