It's not actually up to you, it's up to the advisors atm.
you have to have always:
Give really good answers that are clear, (at least 15)
have good spelling,
You also have to be on here for quite a long time.

its going to be a long timwe before you have the privalages to become an advisor. you have to have lots of high rated answers. and its not your desicion if it was everyone on here would be an advisor right?
