Should my friend have sex or wait?

hey ok this friend of mine is all like wanting to have sex and crap but hes like should I or not man and I told him to wait unless you want to and his like I do but I dont and I don't know wut to tell him so some help would be great

Sex is not something to be taken lightly.. Its serious.. And there are consequences that can follow sex (pregnancy, std's... etc). Let him know that its something special two people share... and that if its not something he is 100% sure about.. then he shouldnt even consider it... He shouldnt let physical feelings get in the way of good judgement.
