Shoes and skinny jeans

What kind of shoes look best with skinny jeans? I've heard certain styles of shoes *like sneakers/skate shoes/etc...* make your feet look bigger when your wearing skinny jeans and you should pretty much only wear flats or high heals? Is this true?!

I wear flats if I wear my skinny jeans or flip flops

Its not true I wear my skinny jeans wit flip flops flats boots converse nikes dc's.. It depends on what your style is if you do wear sneakers or skate shoes wit your skinny jeans make sure theyre nice.. your suppose to show em off!

When I wear skinny jeans I wear something with a bit of a heal and leg warmers, looks super cute and stylish.

I usally wear either Converses or the simple plain cloth shoes

So do you think a pair of converse high tops would look ok? Or maybe vans or skate shoes? Those are my best bets right?

you can wear them with some pumps or dunks that match the top your wearing or just some sandals

If you don't have skinny jeans already, my advice would be when you go to the store to buy them, go in the dressing room and try a pair on. See how they look with your shoes. If you like how it looks, awesome... if not, maybe try a different kind of shoes. Or if you already have a pair of skinny jeans, try some different shoes with them and see which ones you like best.

I'm a girl but I love wearing brogues or penny loafers with skinny jeans, especially with ankle grazer skinnies. Normal ballet pumps are good too.

my opinion would be..just try any shoes out with skinny jeans, see what you think looks cool. I have some hot pink skinny jeans, I wear my black and white dc skate shoes.. I love how it looks together. But, thats just me. (:
