Good kind of running shoe?

what is a good kind of running shoe?

jordan retro's are my fav for b-ball
but any nike is good except low top air force ones I f*uck up my ankle in them but if you want to go chep go to payless and just ask for runnin shoes they work just as good I hear

I used to be a big fan of Asics but their newer shoes are not comfortable to me. Lately I've had good luck with New Balance and K-Swiss.

Nike, adidas, and saucony are my favorites.

Nike Air I love them and if you tie them tight enough it helps you run better... lol I don't know im weird you know that...
