Why do shoes always hurt me?

Thunder Robot Asked by funadvice 11 months ago, 3 answers.

I have a problem when shopping for shoes. That I end up buying the wrong size, and it ends up being not comfortable... and then I start bleeding from the same level of the ankles but on the side/behind...should I get a 1/2 bigger or a full size ?

Hi,

You should be able to wiggle your toes in the front of the shoe. For most footwear, your toes will be able to touch the top of the shoe, but there should be 3/8' to 1/2' of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe.

There are a couple of Dr. Scholls options that may help you:

1. Dr. Scholl's Molefoam Padding: Lose the 'sore foot' limp. This soft latex foam padding material helps relieve painful shoe friction and pressure by cushioning calluses, bunions and tender spots. Cut material to fit any size or shape and apply directly on the foot.

2. Dr. Scholl's Stepwell insoles: A blessing on long walks. Dr. Scholl's StepWell Insoles are designed to evenly distribute pressure and help relieve pain and discomfort.

Good luck!

well find out what your size is in shoes because your size in shoes can b different than if you were trainies. most shoes make your feet sore anyway for a while 2 you break them in.
