If you are homeless, threatened with homelessness, or need advice about your rights in privately rented accommodation, we can help.
The type of advice and information we give you will depend on your individual circumstances, for example:
if you are homeless or threatened with homelessness, we can consider a homeless application
we can provide information to help you apply for housing through the council, housing associations or the private sector
we can provide information on tenants’ and landlords’ rights and responsibilities
we can provide information leaflets which give advice on harassment and illegal eviction if you are renting from a landlord
we can provide information about specialist agencies who offer their services:
