Haha. Well if you want to.
I mean, I personally am afraid of it,weird, I know.
But like yaaa...

You can,but be VERY careful.
1) You could slip and get knicked or sliced open,which is very dangerous for males.
2) The hair grows back fuller and thicker,so,you have to do it every 2 days or even daily.

Just use the right razor and shaving cream and you'll be fine.
Don't use the cheap razors;you'll be more likely to get knicked or sliced open then.
Use shaving cream or gel that's meant for there.

My personal preference (I'm a guy) is not to shave - maybe trim, but not shave.
And it's no more dangerous than a woman shaving her pubes, and that happens constantly.

Yea, I trim because I think shaving makes you look wierd. I use trimmers form like a barbershop. I've nicked myself with them before so be careful. Im too scared to shave the testicle area because of cuts and then the itchiness of the hair growing back. I know some girls prefer guys too but then others think its wierd
