Shaving down there

ok well my 14 year old cousin asked me yesterday why when she shaves down there does it get all bumpy and rashy I didnt know what to tell her, I think she might be shaving wrong...this has never happened to me so I dont know what to tell her...anyone got any ideas what shes doing wrong

Please tell her not to shave at all. Natural is better, that's they way we were born.

It's probably ingrown hair... Why dont you explain to her how you shave?

Yeah ingrown hair, I tried that once... never again.

I have shaved down there and I get the same thing. But try using shaving cream. If it earitates the area more then stop using the cream. Maybe use soap. Put lotion on afterward too. It helps abit.
