women get their arms waxed all the time and no they dont get cancer. but shaving is a bad idea since it comes in prickley...

I've never heard of it causing cancer. I've only heard that it's best not to shave it because it'll grow back thicker and darker and be all prickley and annoying.

no, shaving or the removal of body hair does NOT cause cancer
sun damage from the sun and from solariums causes cancer
