How long does it take for arm hair to grow back once you have shaved it? And don't tell me it will grow back thicker, and darker, because that's not true.

actually, it does grow back thicker.. and it takes about a week or so, but about the 4th day or so you start getting little hairs poking you.

no, it does not grow back thicker, nothing can change the width of your hair, it doesnt matter were it ios on your body, nothing will change it, make it grow quicker/slower or change the dircetion of growth
the only thing shaving or cutting it does is make the tip of the hair slanted
which gives it the APPEARANCE that its gron back thicker, when it hasnt
arm hairs grow back a bit slower than your leg hairs
so probably withing 4 days youll notice the hairs comming thrughh
