get sissors and cut the hair down first. Cut it as low as possible...you might want to sit on the toliet so the hair can fall in...that way you wont make a mess. Then you can shave...be sure to have a shaving cream and a fresh razor with two or more blades so that you can get a close, smooth shave and avoid bumps..if irritation occurs but triple antibiotic oitment on the shaved area...
