Sexy shy guy.

I love one of my really good friends. He likes my best friend... I'm not sure this has anything to do with my point. Normally he is REALLY shy and frigid but recently he let me stroke him over his pants... He's not really too big and he's good at controlling his emotions so I'm not sure if I touched him right... I'm scared to go under his pants still cause he might stop me. I want to at least make him hard and be confident to let me go under before I do, how can I get him horny without going in his pants (besides letting him touch me, he would be too shy to do that) I know he liked it when I tried before, and I've read a lot of things on hand jobs but that was on skin.
