what does it mean when you have sexual dreams often...specifically sexual dreams about your best friend, who is the same gender?

your mind subconsiously thinks things you wouldnt normally thing while your asleep.. meaning you cant control this and its ok. no it doesnt mean your homosexual.. it just means your mind is exploring all possible outsomes.. so to speak..its perfectly normal
