you have interrupted a natural body cycle. it may not be anything but irratation, but you could have easily gotton a yeast infection from it. thats why it IS NOT recommended that you have sex while menstrating. you should seek medical advice, if this problem persists. one thing that could help is to clean yourself out.

You do realize you can get pregnant while on your period right? And that sperm can live up to 4 days inside you...
