Yes.
I've had sex and I'm not a drinker (maybe once every now and then but I'm legal age). There are tons of people who have sex and don't drink. I see nothing wrong with a casual drink once in a blue moon, I do, and I'm sexually active. But I was sexually active WAY before I even had my first drink.
I think drinking a lot can lead to people having sex, but not so much people having sex leading to drinking.
Stephanie put it well in this bit, I think drinking a lot can lead to people having sex, but not so much people having sex leading to drinking.
Eventually, you'll realize that real couples turn each other on naturally. People who drink just to get laid is pretty lame, and they need to get a life and get a real girlfriend/boyfriend.
