What kind of sewing paper is best?

Does anyone know what kind of sewing paper is best, but is a decent price at JoAnn's?

This is my first pattern...ever!

I'm making a small dress, it's very plain and simple, Namine's dress from Kingdom of Hearts 2. Just a plain white dress with one inch straps and a small lace trim at the bottom. I'm an XS and it's just going to be about 3 inches from my knees. I will have to make a 32' bust and small waist, I think it's a 28' or somewhere around there. But I basically have no clue how to do this.

I can always call my G-ma fro insight, she's the best sewer I've ever seen, but she has a hand disease and can't sew for very long, which is how I came about making it myself. >_<

Anyways. I need some major tips and help! Please help! I only have like 2 months to make it! I know I won't need that much, but ya know, it seems really close. >_<

I'm sorry to hear about your G-ma. That's sad I would suggest you go to JoAnns and see what the people who work there say. The only reason I say that is because I'm not sure of their inventory, and the store will know what they have and how much it costs.
