Go to the hair dressers asap! You should be going to the hairdressers regularly to to get a trim that helps prevent split ends. Also you shoudn't be straighting your hair so much as this causes lots of damage to your locks making your hair brittle. So to help solve this problem go to the hairdressers and ask for their professional advice on how to manage your hair correctly as well as a hair trim.

Goodluck! happy

There's not much you can do except stop straightening dying it, and get your hair cut monthly. Heat and chemicals are very damaging. Spraying your hair with a protectant isn't going to do much for you now. As already stated above, get some professional advice to achieve best results!

Years of dying and straightening did the same thing to my hair.
Get as much of the fried ends that you can stand cut off. Masks and leave in conditioner will help lots. If you live near a Sally's Beauty Supply, they sell a pretty inexpensive kit called Hair Fixer, it saved my hair.
Try using a less harsh dye and straightening less.
Also, do not brush your hair when it is wet. This sounds odd, but it causes split ends. Use a wide tooth comb instead.
