make sure you are getting sufficient sleep 10 hours a day at your age, eating nutritious meals every 4 hours, to balance out hormones a herb called vitex I think it is I found most helpful but check at a healthfood store,do not indulge in junk food,keep away from annoying people and stressful situations and negativity.. even the news can be overly depressing,wear wellfitting comfortable clothing and concentrate on doing things that are kind and helpful to others whether they deserve it or not...also put your faith in Christ..that surely helps.

I have some pretty serioud mood swings, and I need to know how to stop them! I know fuctuation in mood is normal for teens ( I'm 15 going on 16), but mine are way out of hand! When I'm in a good mood, I feel like I could take on the world, but when I'm...
in a bad mood, I actually seriously consider suicide. My looks are usually the topic of my mood swings. Sometimes, I'll look in the mirror and think, I am looking HOT, but other times, I feel too ugly to leave the house, like a monster or something. Why are my mood swings so severe and what can I do to stop them? Thanks
