Serial novel and motivation

I'm starting on my very first novel and am having a hard time staying motivated to write it everyday. I am syndicating it <a href="http://thiefmaker.blogspot.com">here</a>. Anyone have suggestions?

Writing is hard stuff. You have to get your muse somehow!

One thing that established writers do, is to setup a routine. Setup a routine and free yourself from distractions.

Write on a computer without internet access for example (so you don't go surfing blogs while working).

Hi Im Heavenly...(yes thats my real name)..I write poetry and its hard to write things down most of the time and the some other times its so easy...I hope you get it all worked out.
