Salty or bitter. It's not always the same. If he's been holding it for a while the taste can be really strong. Sometimes semen can be almost sweet tasting and sometime bitter enough to make you gag. Depends a lot on his diet and hydration too.

It's more the texture that gets people. It is like yogurt and honey mixed together texture wise. It can be a little ...umm gooey.
