Self harm scars, how to hide them on vacation?

I'm going on holiday in july, for a week to majorca, but I have all these white scars over my thighs and fore arms. My parents are bound to find out I've been self harming because you cant exactly wear a hoody while swimming!!!

to do. I feel so stupid for doing it. It was about last christmas time, and theyve all left pale scars. Will they fade a little in 2 months? And if I get a tan from the sun, will they be more obvious or will they go away?

Please please please help me. I've managed to hide them so far, but its just not going to work anymore. I can not anyone. At all. I've tried talking to someone about it but it doesnt work. Im not going to professional help, I don't need it. I've stopped, I just need something to hide them with.

Is there anything that can improve them if they won't fade? Like, something cheap, that won't cost much, like household stuff in the kitchen or summit.

Why don't you try to get you some of that self tanning lotion to help? Not sure of anything else... Try Vitamin E oil and/or Pau D'Arco or Aquaphyllic cream (you can find these also in Herb stores)

I have the same problem and I just get the self tanning stuff and spray a lot over my forearms. im scared with you but there is no other real solution that I can think of. I am trying really hard to hide them. also try vitamin E. that has made some of my scars fade so there not REALLY noticable. hope I helped any.

No one had ever seen my scars until I had to get a blood test last week. I tried to cover them up with self tan, bronzer and concealer, but it made them look so much worse.
Maybe you could wear some boardshorts to cover the ones on your thighs. As for the arms...I really don't know.

wear a rash vest - you know like surfers wear wet suits - its a top made out of the same materal - with longsleves - or just say you cant swim as its your period - I self harm and thats what I do x

They'll find out eventually. Well, my parents did anyway.

They don't know I'm back to self harming. So, until I feel ready to tell them, I'm wearing long sleeve tops. And even in warm weather.. I'm roasting in them, but they still cover the scars. If they aren't all the way down your arm, I wear a bandana tied around my upper arm.. Like it's fashion. Or one of those sweat bands. People wear them sometimes.

I only started to do this recently, but I use a sweatband and that really helps.
The only problem is that I'm going to bulgaria next week, and my parents will think it's strange when I don't swim - because I like it so much, and I've got no idea how to hide it when I'm going into the water!

There is nothing for these scars except carefully selected jewlery, that is elasticated for arms, I have scars from playing rough, and people think they are self injury, I think you should try MEDICAL TATTOOS OR CARBON DIOXIDE LASERS, the best true solution.
