A mentor of mine once told me that confidence is linked to performance. If you become good at something or succeed at something, it will make you feel better about yourself. That confidence will then improve your performance, and the two feed on each other.
I would find something in your life that you enjoy doing and that you're good at, or maybe not so good at but you can practice on and improve. It could be a hobby, or maybe some volunteer work or a part time job. Do that thing, and get really, really good at it. That might help you feel better about yourself more of the time.
confidence... you must require confidence in lot of topics...
I think that you think into being socially confident..
first... courage... take the required steps to go out and meet and try people...
but step by step... take care of you self... you first need to love u... and then only
then you can became a confident social human being.
so... try people... if they does not value u... then they does not deserve u... there is a lot
of fun people outside that you can try..
try social activities like studying theater
becoming (enough) socially confident its something that you feed day by day ... it is something that takes its time... so be patient... and learn to wait the moments.
